Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays Friends! It’s already been a busy month, despite the rain. We’re building bikes, storing some items for ole Santa Claus, and working on repairs and upgrades. With the weather the way it is, now is an excellent time for some deep bike maintenance.

We’re teaming up with Bike Walk Macon for one of the most fun community rides of the year — Cranksgiving! It’s part bike ride, part food drive, and all about giving back.

We’ve got a few fun call to actions for you this month. We want you to ride your bike and do some good for our community while riding!

First, join us this Saturday for Macon’s Big Bike Ride. The work that Bike Walk Macon does is extremely important for the future of Macon and joining this ride is an excellent way to support their efforts and the vision for a Macon with more trails and safe places to ride.

Hey y’all, Think back… if you learned to ride a bike with training wheels, you probably remember the wobble (and maybe the spills) when those extra wheels finally came off. These days, there’s an alternative, dare I say better way to to teach kids how to ride: the balance bike method.
